SHIPPING CONDITIONS
All items are shipped FOB factory. In-stock items ship within 24 hours by FedEx ground or best way. FedEx ground delivery takes 1-7 working days. We ship to five states next day by ground if your order is received by 3:30pm CST. If you are not within next day FedEx ground shipping and you need your order fast, call us by noon for same day shipping of in-stock products. FedEx also offers 2 day, and 3 day service to most of the USA.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Please inspect your shipment PRIOR to signing the carriers� delivery receipt. Check that you received the correct number of boxes, look for external damage, and immediately open all cartons, checking for concealed damage. If any problems are discovered after delivery: call the carrier first, then call Stellar Orthopedics. Before we can make any adjustment, you must file the damage claim with the carrier. Claims must be filed with the carrier no more than six (6) days after delivery. Keep all packing materials until carrier completes inspection.

RETURN POLICY
PRIOR to sending back merchandise, please call our customer service staff for complete instructions and a return authorization number. Returned items will not be accepted without authorization. Credit will be issued for merchandise amount only. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless an item is defective or was shipped in error. Not all items are returnable and some manufactures may charge restocking fees. The following guidelines must be followed in order to receive any credit: 1) Product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition and in original packaging. 2) Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. To ensure prompt return processing, please attach the original packing list, invoice or RA number to the return. Refunds will be for merchandise value only. Please allow three to four weeks for return processing.
